Scholle and IPN join forces

Scholle Corporation and Innovative Packaging Network (IPN), both global leaders in performance packaging solutions, jointly announce that they have agreed to combine their businesses to form a new diverse performance packaging company, employing over 2,000 people globally.
The combination of IPN and Scholle will provide performance-based packaging solutions from its multiple manufacturing locations in North America, Europe, Australia, Latin America, China, and India to the world's largest brands who, in turn, serve millions of people on a daily basis.

IPN is known for the innovative design and high-quality manufacture of packaging solutions entailing various types of flexible packaging components including connectors, spouts, and pumps for pouches and bag-in-box systems. IPN has been successful in developing and supplying a novel range of packaging products for the infant formula sector.

Scholle Corporation, through its packaging group Scholle Packaging, is known as the largest and most diverse provider of bag-in-box solutions world-wide. Scholle's global footprint, focus on aseptic packaging solutions and filling equipment, along with innovative dispensing fitments has made it the leader in food, beverage, and non-food bag-in-box packaging.
