Packaging machine specialist Hugo Beck underlines its position as a leading innovator in the field of horizontal film and paper packaging solutions with three premieres at LogiMAT in Hall 4, Stand 4F66.

As Europe's largest trade fair for intralogistics, LogiMAT is the perfect platform for Hugo Beck to demonstrate his extensive expertise in meeting industry-specific requirements with innovative, fully automated film and paper packaging machines. Although designed for different company sizes and products, all three machine solutions are characterized by speed, efficiency, and sustainability in the packaging process.

The flexo 700 e-com film packaging machine is the entry-level model for the company. By automatically adjusting the film bags to the length of the product and optionally also to the width, flexo 700 e-com produces precisely fitting film bags with minimal material consumption. It is suitable for direct mailing of single packages, bundle packs or the complex requirements of returnable packaging and processes different film types with different thicknesses, including recycled film and recyclable film made from mono-material. The bags can be equipped with an easy-to-open tear perforation and double-sided tape for reclosing for easy handling of returns.

Hugo Beck will also present a paper packaging machine paper X e-com for the first time at LogiMAT, which ensures maximum efficiency with its continuous packaging process, as there is no downtime for sealing or gluing. Paper X e-com uses uncoated and coated paper to process sustainable packaging materials for packaging applications in the e-commerce sector and adapts the shipping bags individually to different product lengths.

The servo X 800 will also have its premiere at the Hugo Beck stand – a form-fill-seal machine that sets standards in the horizontal large format sector. With maximum modularity and flexibility, servo X 800 machines pack large items such as trays, multipacks, boxes or even car tires for quick, easy and safe transport. All types of film in large to very small thicknesses can be processed - and their extremely accurate and precise packaging saves up to 15% in film consumption.
