Area Sales Manager Sweden
As an Area Sales Manager you maintain and develop client relationships and sales in Sweden food packaging market. You are active member of the Nordic Food Sales team and report to Sales Manager, Sweden.
Your key responsibilities
Responsibility for further positioning and developing the existing sales and after-sales structure accordance with Wipak strategy.
Sales and budget responsibility for the assigned area and customers, including margin management.
Representation of Wipak towards customers, business partners and colleagues.
Contribute to the innovation and sustainability processes with our R&D community.
Network and influence in relevant professional environment.
What we are looking for?
Minimum of five years’ experience in sales of packaging to food industry with a high level of customer interaction in a consultative selling role in an international organization. Thorough knowledge of sales management techniques and tools.
Proven track record in B2B sales and product development preferably in the packaging industry (multilayer films, plastic products, labels, cardboard boxes etc.).
Direct experience and understanding of food packaging solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and in English.
To succeed in this position, you have enthusiasm towards selling. We are looking for a well-communicating sales and customer-oriented team player who has experience in industrial sales and has knowledge of food industry. We hope that you are trustworthy, consistent and have good organizational skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with the ability to travel.
